Chambre Maurice is named twice: Firstly after the baron Maurice Foache who originally owned the Manoir and extended it doubling its size and adding two towers. And secondly Maurice Delmas the subsequent proprietor, known for his unique method of fishing with grenades on the grounds!
This Grande Chambre is equally unconventional as one wall has been stripped back to the original plaster work and left exposed. Against this unusual backdrop sits antique furniture, a king size bed with beautiful ciel de lit and dual aspect windows.
